Warranty:
Your Stormin garment comes with a 3 month manufacturing defect warranty. Stormin reserves the right to repair the garment, or if garment cannot be repaired remake the garment. Refunds will not be given. Stormin reserves the right to reject a warranty claim if the garment was not used as intended or correct care of the garment was not taken. If you have a warranty issue please contact us immediately for review.
Payment and Service Terms:
Stormin requires a minimum 50% deposit before we can get started with production. The total amount of the deposit will be debited from the final balance of your order. Deposit may be prepaid with a direct deposit or by Visa/Mastercard. Final balance is due prior to shipment of goods. Goods will not be shipped until final balance is received. No person under the age of 18 years may purchase services. If you are under 18, please ask an adult for help with your purchase. Online shop purchases require 100% up front payment to confirm your order.
Cancellations:
Customers that refuse or cancel orders after Stormin has received the deposit will forfeit the 50% deposit and will be billed for the 50% balance. All goods will remain the property of Stormin until paid in full. Once artwork has begun, any deposit paid will not be refunded.
Intellectual Property:
All artwork remains the sole property of Stormin, and Stormin reserves the right to resell all uniform designs, with the exception of logos supplied to Stormin by its clients. Completed artwork may also be used to promote further sales via social media, website and print materials.
Delivery:
Generally speaking, custom orders will be delivered within 5 weeks or order confirmation (unless otherwise advised). However, it should be noted that all custom orders are accepted on a first-come-first-serve-basis. Please place your order early. Your delivery date will depend on when we receive your final order and approval of your proofs has been completed. Delivery is subject to the current production schedule and unless a specific date has been agreed upon in writing, delivery may be postponed by up to 2 weeks. We also sometimes consult with customers during the production process if further checks are required, which can cause delays if customers do not respond quickly. Lastly, delays with shipping and/or customs may occur, which is not 100% within the control of Stormin. Completed orders will be shipped after customers balance is paid in full.
Stormin reserves the right to levy clients for additional shipping costs, especially where the quantity of the order and the delivery address are well above the usual per item cost (eg. remote areas).
We will deliver to your door and wherever possible in-person by a Stormin representative. Once your order has been confirmed delivery will be 5 weeks for Western Australian or NZ North Island customers (unless otherwise advised prior to confirming your order). Delivery via Express Post may be an additional 1 week for customers in other states or regional areas.
If you need your order earlier - we can make that happen in as little as 3-4 weeks.
We recommend that you identify exactly when you need the products, then work backwards from there to ensure you finalise your design and order within the required timeframes (ie. at least 7-8 weeks prior).
Artwork Changes:
Once the artwork has been approved no design or order changes will be accepted. Once your order has been placed and confirmed, any additions, changes or any other alterations to the order will be accepted at the discretion of Stormin.
Logo Placement:
Our logo must appear on all custom garments, approximately 50mm in width depending on the position and the size of the garment. This is consistent with the approach of most other manufacturers. The colour of our logo is also placed on garments to match the customised design. Examples can be seen on our facebook page.
Minimum Order Requirements:
There are generally no minimum orders for our custom sublimated apparel, however quantities may affect the price. Where there are special offers for teams or clubs, there may be a minimum order requirement. However, if you only need a couple of sets of gear to provide a uniform for new team or club members we will negotiate a fair price (usually 20-30% more than the normal minimum order quantity prices). The usual 4 week delivery assurance may also be affected with orders less than minimum order quantity.
Minimum order quantities vary depending on out supply arrangements to ensure we can offer all customers a reasonable price and quick delivery. Sublimated items are usually minimum 10 (except for special deals). Most other items however have minimum order quantities of approximately 50 (eg. caps, hoodies, jackets). Socks have a minimum order quantity of 100.
Price Match:
Stormin offers a price match policy for any like for like and service for service product in their range. All price match decisions are at the discretion of the management of Stormin. However, please keep in mind that you are also paying for reliability, quality, and second-to-none customer service. You also need to watch out for hidden extras such as freight, artwork setup, etc!
Given that our products are almost entirely custom designed to meet the needs of specific customers, it’s not possible to publish a price list. Having said that, to give you a good idea please see some of our special deals. These deals are very competitive on price, plus the quality will be unrivalled.
Stormin Guarantee:
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us and we can discuss any issues you may have. Custom clothing is a complex process; there are a number of steps that you and Stormin need to go through in order to get your custom clothing order to you. Unfortunately in rare occasions mistakes can be made.
If you receive something that you did not approve please contact us immediately. If we have made an error in your order, we will remake or repair your order as soon as possible.
Sizing
Please keep in mind that it is not entirely unusual for our clients to order incorrect items or sizes, or to approve artwork which is noticed only after delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for details of an order which have been signed off by a client. However, we will work with you to come up with a solution to ensure your organisation has exactly what it needs as soon as possible.
Colours
When you approve digital artwork the colours on the screen can vary from one device to another. In addition to that, when colours are printed onto fabric, more often than not they look different to what you see on the screen. We do our best to ensure the digital artwork you have approved is close to the final printed garments, but inevitably the colours will not be exact. If colours are critical for your order you must advise this at the time or ordering. In these situations, we strongly suggest that you order a small order or sample first to avoid disappointment or we can provide you with a printed proof (NOTE: This additional step in the process will add time to our promised delivery date). We will not refund orders due to issues with colours unless we have made an obvious mistake.
Customer Information Policy:
Stormin collects customer information in an effort to improve our customers' shopping experience. Stormin recognises that it must maintain and use customer information responsibly. We may use customer information for marketing and promotional purposes. We do not sell or give online customer information to any outside company or third party.
